Coordination of activities. An event coordinator is one of the key persons in organizing any event. His task is to promptly respond to problems that arise (and they arise almost always) and quickly find the best solution. This is a person who can quickly navigate the current situation and make a competent decision.

What is the difference between an event coordinator and an organizer?

An event coordinator is different from an organizer. The latter completely thinks through the concept of the event, creates scenarios for holding the holiday, hires contractors – in general, does everything so that all the client’s ideas are intertwined and implemented, and the organization of a corporate holiday or any other event goes perfectly.

An event coordinator starts working directly at the event and monitors that the organization of holidays and celebrations corresponds to reality.
